Investigators Stunned as Recovery Reveals Two-Thirds of RGSS Dolphin Passengers & Crew Still Missing

The Reunion Interstellar Safety Board and the Glasswall Transport Accident Investigation Commission have released a joint statement confirming earlier rumors that only 1,614 bodies have been recovered from the RGSS Dolphin, approximately one-third of its total passengers and crew.

Our Analysis: Pirate groups have been known to sell hostages into human trafficking networks but the disappearance of nearly 3,500 people is unprecedented in scale and unheard of in this remote area of the Orion Arm.

Though piracy remains the most likely cause, the magnitude of the event, combined with the mutilated condition of the bodies found on board, has raised further questions investigators have yet to answer.
